Discours du 23 Octobre 2013 à Macouria

Bonjours chers internautes,

Je vous invite à prendre connaissance de ce discours qui vous permettra de saisir la pleine mesure de notre volonté et de notre détermination à mettre en œuvre un projet de société pour la commune de Macouria. Ce projet, qui vous sera décliné de manière précise ultérieurement, place le citoyen au centre du processus de développement et permettra de répondre aux enjeux sociétaux que la majorité sortante a ignorés soit par incurie ou par impéritie.

Par ailleurs, ce discours vous présente les valeurs du  mouvement  Actions Citoyennes de Macouria qui soutient la liste Un nouveau départ pour Macouria conduite par Odile TONY-PRINCE pour les municipales de 2014.
