pháp dung nạp đường huyết để xác định bệnh lý
tiểu đường thai kỳ…
– Các xét nghiệm khác trong trường hợp thai phụ có nguy cơ cao
thí dụ: test sàng lọc nguy cơ tiền sản giật, lao…
– siêu thanh hình thái thai

đình có tiền sử dị tật di truyền, v.v.
Các phương pháp sàng lọc di truyền trước sinh
thực hành sàng lọc di truyền trước sinh bây chừ có rất nhiều
phương pháp phổ quát. Mỗi phương pháp lại có những ưu thế riêng trong việc
đánh giá nguy cơ của em bé . Các phương pháp
sàng lọc phổ thông có thể kể đến như: Double Test, Triple Test, NIPT, v.v…

Thứ hai, là phương pháp xét nghiệm Triple Test, đây cũng là phương pháp xét nghiệm máu phổ thông
trong sàng lọc trước sinh. Phương pháp
được làm vào tuần thứ 16 của thai kỳ, Triple test đánh giá
nguy cơ của thai nhi mắc một số hội chứng như Down, Edward, Patau và dị tật hở ống tâm thần.
Thứ ba, là phương pháp xét nghiệm NIPT, đây là phương pháp sàng lọc các bất thường về số lượng nhiễm sắc thể của
thai nhi được cho là đương đại nhất
hiện hay với nhiều ưu thế vượt trội. Theo đó, phương pháp NIPT có thân xác định 99% các
nguyên tố thất thường về thể nhiễm sắc và gen di truyền phê
chuẩn phân tích ADN.
